Nsambya Furniture Workshop was founded by Ivan Ssegujja, born on April 8th, 2000, with a clear mission: to elevate Ugandan furniture by delivering exceptional design, strength, and locally inspired craftsmanship. His love for design, dedication to excellence, and strong work ethic turned a small dream into a national brand.
Ivan is married in holy matrimony to Mirembe Irene Nagawa, a respected entrepreneur and founder of Mirembe Curtains & Beddings. Together, they represent a partnership rooted in family values, creativity, and service to the Ugandan home improvement industry.
