A creative entrepreneur and visual storyteller, Ivan has built a strong reputation for his leadership in both the furniture industry and the media sector.

In addition to his work at Nsambya Furniture Workshop, Ssegujja Ivan serves as the Director of Photography at MBC TV Uganda, where he plays a key role in shaping the visual identity of the station’s productions. His expertise in cinematography and visual design reflects the same dedication to precision, creativity, and innovation that defines his furniture business.
Ivan founded Nsambya Furniture Workshop with a vision to elevate Ugandan-made furniture to international standards while supporting local artisans and promoting sustainability. Under his leadership, the workshop has grown from a small carpentry unit in Nsambya to a modern production center serving homes, offices, and institutions across Uganda.

A passionate advocate for youth empowerment and skills development, Ivan also mentors young creatives, encouraging them to merge artistry with technology in both media and craftsmanship.
